I just got the book and it is amazing. I love it and I have learned so much so far. Anyway, it is really helpful and so is the website. If you are interested in being healthy check it out. This is the only weight loss thing I have read that I think is viable and realistic. I mean, they talk about health first and weight being a secondary thing (even going so far as to admit fat doesn't equal unhealthy).
And to top it off over the past two months I have gotten The Wizard of Oz special edition, The Return to Oz, and two short silent films from the short lived Oz production company.
I think if I were to get a dog right now I would name it Ozma. :)
I have to read those books. I have the first two...
Well, I'm off to see the Wizard...and my lunch.
